When it was time for TruStone’s annual checking promotion, they came to us again with a request to deliver multiple campaign tactics.

They needed an attention-grabbing theme that communicated their special $100 cash back offer for opening a new checking account, and their TruRate Checking product that offers an unusually high APY.

The theme that was chosen for the campaign was “Expectations…” which was meant to show, in a fun light-hearted way, that TruStone goes above and beyond everyday banking with great offers and fee-free checking accounts.

Halfway through the campaign, they had reached 60% of their goal for opening new checking accounts and they’re confident they’ll “shatter” that goal by the end.
