Help the underdog.
Trust your employees and they will make you proud.
Do the right thing, not the easy thing.
Relationships still matter. Embrace them and help them flourish.
Get face to face with your clients.
Do the hardest thing first instead of putting it off – it will just get harder with procrastination.
Laugh at yourself and let others laugh with you.
Everybody makes mistakes so own it, have a plan to fix it and communicate it as soon as possible.
