A client (with which we have an NDA) formally announced a merger that makes them the global leader in their category. They brought us onboard to create the necessary communications for their new organization, thanks to similar work we did for the SunTrust/BB&T (now Truist) merger.
Their top priority was to ensure current customers and internal stakeholders had all the knowledge they needed to feel comfortable with the transition. It was important they positioned themselves as a company with global reach, yet local service. With our data platform Resonate as our guiding force, we developed a communication strategy, created an overarching messaging plan, developed copy for emails, FAQ’s, and a landing page, and designed internal toolkits. The result? Multiple audiences hearing the things they needed to hear to feel good about the merger.
