Summer Office Challenge #5 – Daily Meditation

The benefits of meditation are widely touted, ranging from emotional well being and increased cognitive abilities, to better physical health—with a long list of benefits under each category. But if meditation is so good for us in so many ways, why aren’t we doing it?

As part of our Summer Challenge series, we decided to challenge ourselves to meditate individually for 10 minutes each day during work hours. Armed with information and tips from liveanddare.com, a solid plan, and a peaceful, dedicated meditation room in our workspace, we are ready to begin—and primed for success!
