Today kicks off our Summer Challenge Week 4 and it’s a big one. We’re giving ourselves a week to accumulate distances in swimming, running, and biking that equal the distance of an Ironman Triathlon. (We got the idea from our friends at CycleHealth who’s Summer Training challenges kids to accumulate 2.4 miles swimming, 112 miles biking, and 26.2 miles running over the course of the summer. http://cyclehealth.org/)
We’ll be keeping track of our distances and updating our progress all week on Facebook. If you’d like to play along, let us know how you’re doing on your own personal Triathlon!
