A d.trio client for over 15 years, U.S. Bank is #10 on the list of the nation’s largest credit card issuers. With 18.5 million cardholders, they offer a full range of cards to fit their customers’ needs. They also issue numerous affinity credit cards that give individual organizations the ability to offer a credit card that’s branded with their own identity and graphics.

As an extra benefit to their affinity partners, U.S. Bank hired d.trio to produce a suite of electronic materials their partners could use for marketing purposes. We wrote and designed white papers with a financial focus, created banner ads so affinity partner websites could encourage credit card applicants, and developed email copy geared toward new prospects.

Since the materials are going to be used by multiple partners, they had to have a look that would work for any or all of the organizations. The result was the simple, clean set of marketing pieces shown below.

As part of an ongoing project, the pieces are being updated quarterly to continually add fresh content for U.S. Bank’s partners.

Born of curiosity and enthusiasm, we’re a scrappy group of smart, passionate marketers who work hard and play hard. We show up every day and fight for our clients who are making the world a better place. We listen with curiosity, explore deeply, ask hard questions, and sometimes put forth ideas that might make you squirm. Because we believe the status quo is good for growing mold but not much else. The way we see it, change is the way forward and the magic happens when curiosity, math, science, instinct, and talent intersect.
