
PROBLEM
20 years in business is a big deal for a small community bank. Gateway Bank wanted to celebrate this milestone with their community, customers, and clients and needed some ideas. They wanted to focus on community outreach and customer retention expressed through gratitude and appreciation.
SOLUTION
We started by designing a temporary anniversary logo and tagline, and followed up with a lighthearted, fun, and authentic campaign for sparking customer interest and generating employee enthusiasm. A custom landing page was built to drive customers to special event information and showcase their community involvement, along with indoor and outdoor branch signage, and table tents with product messaging.
RESULTS
The campaign went into motion as planned in January and was a big success for the entire year. Their customers engaged with bankers through the landing page, social media, and in person—to say hi, talk about the weather, and enjoy a few of Gateway’s signature fresh-baked cookies.
This campaign also won us a Bronze Summit Creative Award! Thanks, Gateway friends.
