Recently, we finished a direct mail campaign for Renovo Capital LLC, a local private lending company who provides capital for real estate investors, builders and home-remodelers. During the process of learning about Renovo, we found that their customers loved them. Not even exaggerating. We heard love in more than one of our customer interviews.
With that in mind, we found that Renovo could add a bit more of a personal touch to their messaging. Focusing on their relaxed but professional demeanor, we laid out a three-piece direct mail campaign that would help them stand out against the competition and grab a prospective clients’ attention.
