It’s time for new growth
Spring is in the air and soon we’ll see new growth everywhere. But we started early at d.trio with a couple of new opportunities springing up. We can only attribute it to our past successes and our efforts to prove our worth to prospective clients.
The word is spreading at Dover that we know our way around the B2B game well, and yet another Dover Operating Company has hired us to work on their brand story and messaging—a particular strength of ours, due to our innate sense of curiosity and our ability to speak to customers in a way that resonates with them.
In addition, we have an opportunity to work on a branding project for an e-learning company to help promote a branch of their very extensive curriculum. Like Dover, we’ll be digging into their current business and uncover insights into how to position and market these courses to the right audience.
Parties and celebrations – a distraction from the seriousness of the day
It made sense in November when we decided to have our 2019 holiday party in January. December was full of client parties and travel and January was wide open. But you know what they say about the best laid plans. We had to postpone twice due to unforeseen circumstances, but we finally had our party on March 6 at Mill Valley Kitchen. We mingled and noshed on fancy appetizers and then sat down for dinner which everyone seemed to enjoy thoroughly. As usual, Fred killed it with his annual d.trio rendition of ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas. While we’d love to showcase his prose-writing talent in the newsletter, it’s probably best to keep with the “what happens at the company party, stays at the company party” mantra.
AFTER HOURS
There’s a full remodel of a 90-year old bathroom underway at Fred’s house. In his words “A major mess!” Demolition was tough as they made things to last back in the day. Although he was hoping to find cash or jewelry hidden in walls – the only thing he’s found so far is insulation made partially of horse hair.
